Truth is, good subcontractors are a gift.  Great subcontractor jobs are bid entirely on time, and half the time you really didn't lift a finger the entire job. There are many rewards to be had for your company by using good subcontractors. Performance of your contracts can suffer if construction products are not installed on time. Improper timing of installation can be just as costly as buying overpriced service. I have the ability to evaluate good subcontractors past performances with all the above, and more.
